  • 7th of the month (for all time worked between 16th-31st of the month)

  • For Client Account and Payment related issues, please report to Martha

  • For Technical related issues, please report to Sajid (if it is urgent, please report to Kerry)

  • For Admin, Marketing, Training, Sales related issues or complaints, please report to Kerry
